6 Day Fly Fishing British Columbia Trip:
Includes all meals while fishing, beer and wine at camp, and the hotel charge in between camps. Does not include meals when you are not with our guide.
Newly updated for 2017 we have created a 3rd camp (Bulkley Basecamp) which will now be the offical headquarters for our canyon trips. Upon request from the cult following for the Bulkley canyons we are not losing this program we are simply updating it. Our guests who have enjoyed this beloved trip for the past several years have something new to look forward to. These canyon trips will now begin and end at Bulkley Basecamp our most luxurious camp ever made.
This trip is done via jet boat and allows you to stay 2 nights and 3 days fishing at each Bulkley camp. Due to rod day allocations this trip has a maximum of 2 anglers at a time.
The Bulkley canyon trip is a wild and exciting fly fishing British Columbia experience, and for hard core anglers who are searching for long days of fishing, some of the best runs on the Bulkley look no further.
If you donʼt want to be on anyones schedule but your own, you want to stay out on the water longer than any other fisherman give this trip a chance. Our camps are very comfortable and we put a lot of effort into the food as we know how hungry one gets after a long day of steelhead fishing.
The trips start on Saturdays where you will fish your way into camp and spend the night. We have 2 camps, one in upper canyon and one in lower canyon, and they will become your base for 3 days of fishing each. If the river blows out you are not stuck in some fly out river that you canʼt fish.
Upon a canyon blow out you simply head back to Bulkley Basecamp headquarters and regroup. If the upper Bulkley and Morice is in shape you can do day trips with your guide. Would this be a real bummer? Yes it would, but at least you would be on the water that gives you the best possible chance to catch a steelhead while fly fishing British Columbia waters.
